You submit text via our /api/redact endpoint. We send that text to OpenAI (sub-processor) for entity detection, then return the redacted result and entity offsets to you. We do not store the input or output text on our servers. The text exists only in memory during the request and is discarded immediately after the response.
This metadata is used only for rate limiting and aggregate analytics. It cannot be linked back to your specific text content.
We use Plausible Analytics — a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics tool. No tracking cookies are set. No cross-site tracking.
EU residents have the right to access, rectify, delete, and port their data. Since we do not store your text, the only data we hold tied to you (if any) is the email address you provided at checkout, which we keep for license-key delivery and renewal notifications. To request deletion: email support@wpsani.store.
Metadata logs: 12 months. Customer email + license key: as long as the license is active, plus 30 days after expiry.
All traffic is encrypted in transit via TLS. License keys are random UUIDs. Stripe webhooks are signature-verified. Admin endpoints are HTTP Basic protected and rate-limited.
We will publish updates to this policy on this page and bump the "Last updated" date. Material changes will also be communicated via email to active subscribers.
