1. Service

PrivacyFilter is a hosted PII redaction tool operated by WPSani.store. By using it, you agree to these terms.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not submit text you do not have the legal right to process.
• Do not use the service to deceive, defraud, or harm others.
• Do not attempt to overload, reverse-engineer, or bypass rate limits.

3. Free tier

3 redactions per IP per day, up to 2,000 characters per redaction. Free use is offered as-is, with no SLA.

4. Paid plans

Redact Pack ($9 one-time, 50 redactions, never expire) and Unlimited Monthly ($19/month, cancel anytime). Payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds for Redact Pack are available within 14 days if no redactions have been used. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

5. License keys

Each purchase generates a UUID license key tied to your email. You are responsible for keeping it secret. We can deactivate keys that show signs of sharing or abuse.

6. No warranty

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee 100% PII detection accuracy. You remain responsible for verifying redacted output before using it for compliance-critical purposes.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date will reflect the change. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Italy.
